Product returns must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase to be eligible for a full refund/exchange. Product must be unopened, unused, and seal intact. Per FDA regulations, all prescription products are non-returnable. This includes Tretinoin and Hydroquinone products. Compression socks, garments and sleeves are final sale. Please allow up to 3 weeks for refunds to be processed.
